Dr. Matthew Bauman


Dr. Bauman earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Sports Management and Exercise Science from SUNY Fredonia and went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic from D’Youville College (2012). Dr. Bauman has worked in various settings, including Pain Management, Nursing Homes, and as a chiropractor to Collegiate athletes and as a college professor. He has vast experience in No Fault claims, as well as working with private insurances. Dr. Bauman is skilled in flexion distraction technique, pregnancy care, manual therapy, The Schroth Method (scoliosis), as well modalities that include therapeutic ultrasound and Modulated Electrical Stimulation. Dr. Bauman is a lifelong learner, and aside from Continuing Chiropractic Education credits, has taken and continues to take many courses through the University of Arizona School of Integrative Medicine, chiefly in nutrition across the lifespan, arthritis, and neurological disorders. Dr. Bauman is a born and raised Buffalonian, attended St. Francis High School and also played professional baseball before pursuing Chiropractic Medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering his time to coach both youth and collegiate athletics, as well as serving as a medic in the Air Force National Guard, where he was named the Airman of the Year 2021 for NYS during the COVID pandemic.
