  • What insurances do you take? Are you in network with my insurance?

    We are in network Highmark, Independent Health, Medicare, United Healthcare, Univera, Aetna, The Empire Plan, MVP, Emblem, Nova, Landmark, Magnacare, UMR, Cigna and No Fault

  • How long are your appointments?

    New patient chiropractic appointments typically are 45 mins, routine visits 20 mins. We do understand that everyone’s situation is unique and more or less time may be necessary depending on the patient’s case.

    Massages vary between 30-90 mins depending on preference and specialties!

  • Can I use my insurance for massage appointments?

    We do accept No-Fault for massage. Please note you must have a current script from a medical doctor or chiropractic office in order to schedule your appointments.Your no fault claim also must be open and active for massage therapy.

    We typically do not accept private insurance for massage. Independent Health members do receive a 20% off massages services at our facility. We also accept Independent Health’s Healthy Extras card as a form of payment for massage.

  • What are your hours?

    Mon/Wed from 7am-8pm

    Tues from 8am-8pm

    Thurs from 10am-8pm

    Fri from 8am-5pm 

    Sat from 7:30am-5pm

  • How much is the IH discount?

    20% off massage services! Simply show us your active IHA card and we will verify your plan is active. Then it’s time to enjoy your massage!

  • What are your cash rates for chiropractic care?

    We understand that some people may be non-insured or underinsured. 

    Our cash fees are as follows:

    • New patient initial exam: $110
    • Re-exam:  $80
    • Routine:  $50

  • How much will my visits cost?

    Your chiropractic visits will depend on your insurance coverage.  Every plan is different and we can always look up your eligibility and coverage! Visits can vary in range. Just give our office a call and we can verify your eligibility and coverage. 

  • Do you sell gift certificates?

  • Where are you located?

    989 Kenmore Avenue in Kenmore, NY.  We are just past the Colvin/Kenmore intersection driving towards Niagara Falls Blvd.

  • Do I need a referral?

    You do not need a referral to be seen for chiropractic treatment or massage.  The only time we need a script from an MD or chiropractor is through No Fault massage.

  • How many doctors or massage therapists are on staff?

    We currently have 6 chiropractors and 9 massage therapists!

  • Do you take Workers Compensation?

    Our office is not taking workers compensation cases at this time.

  • Do you accept Medicaid Insurance?

    Unfortunately New York State does not cover chiropractic services so we are unable to accept this insurance.

  • How long do I have to wait for an appointment?

    If you are a new patient with us we typically have appointments within a few days for daytime availability.  If you need nights or weekends we can book you an appointment usually within the week.  For massage we typically can offer same day appointments, however this is based upon therapist availability.
