Lizabeth Koury - LMT

Hi, my name is Lizabeth, or Liz for short. I am a graduate of the New York Institute of Massage here in Williamsville. I recall receiving my first massage, and realizing just how amazing I felt, saying to myself “I want to do that, I want to make other people feel exactly how I am feeling right now.” And so began the journey to becoming a massage therapist, and now a Reiki practitioner. I have been told that my methods have a very natural therapeutic touch, in both my deep tissue and Swedish methods of practice. I also offer cupping and hot rocks! I am always looking to continue my education to be able to offer other modalities in my practice and to give back to the public through volunteer opportunities. When I am not massaging you can find me tending to my large collection of houseplants, I can really nerd out about this one. I hope to see you soon!
