Sierra Murphy, LMT – Massage therapist

Hello, my name is Sierra Murphy. I am a licensed massage therapist who received her certification at the Finger Lakes School of Massage. My intentions at Peak Performance include being available to use my knowledge of the body and pathology to alleviate the tension stored within the muscles. My main objective is helping clients unwind and relax the mind and soul, and let the body follow suit. I have always prided myself on my flexibility as a therapist. My strengths and specialties in massage therapy include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping, hot stone, reflexology, and chronic pain relief. I look forward to aiding you in your healing process.
